Had a great driver called Oscar, he was on time to get us to the cruise terminal in Galveston offered to stop if we needed anything,was polite and helpful,asked us if the air con was right for us and what music we liked.He also collected us on our return from Hampton Hotel Galveston to Houston Hobby Airport and the service was the same, thank you again Oscar.

I use Trip Advisor information and feedback extensively to choose hotels, tours, transfers, etc for our travels. I took a bit of a leap of faith on this one as there was only one review when I booked this company online well in advance for a transfer from the Galveston cruise ship terminal to a hotel in downtown Houston. I did this because their email confirmation response was helpful, clear, and timely and there was not a time sensitive aspect to the transfer as we were not leaving Houston to fly home for several days so if there was any issue, there was time to pursue other options.
Due to an unexpected occurrence on the cruise ship on the last day we had to change from being first off the ship to the absolute last which resulted in our pick up time changing by over two hours. I called the company from the cruise ship, fully aware of the logistical challenge this could provide, especially on extremely short notice. They graciously accommodated our need.
We were so impressed with the driver and service that we decided to book him for our transfer from our hotel in Houston to the airport, which was occuring a few days later.
We would recommend this company with absolutely no hesitation.

My family and I (5 of us)flew into Houston for a cruise out of Galveston. The Limo ( a Suburban) was waiting with sign for us and loaded us up and took us straight to our hotel in Galveston, over an hr away. A week later when we ported they were once gain there waiting and got us to our plane in plenty of time! It was easy peasy. The driver provided water and coke for the ride. Couldn't have asked for more!

Needed to book a transfer from my Hotel to Galveston. Didn't know where to go for the best price/service, and found these online. Was a bit apprehensive as there was only one review for them when I found them, but I really couldn't have been happier with my choice. Booking was easy and fairly priced for a return trip. They were very responsive to the Web enquiry and to subsequent emails. Driver was on time for both journeys, very friendly and accommodating. The car was in fabulous condition and clean.
Can't fault them, and as such have booked them for my return to IAH.
